(-1), and boy names

Just got back from the Birth Center. It was fun, as far as testing your own pee for hemoglobin levels goes. Heard the baby's heartbeat again, which reinforces the whole 'there's a baby living inside me' thing. Shocker of the day was weighing in. I'm down a pound from last month. I should not get overexcited about this because it is inevitable that I will hop onto the scale one month only to find I've gained a whopping 35 pounds. I'm gonna try with all my might to not let that happen. But with all the walking for exercise and fruit for constipation it might not be that hard.

And while I'm thinking of it: any suggestions for boys names? We've already got a girl name picked out, and when I say we I mean that I told Gerald the name and there wasn't any discussion although if he presented me a good option I would consider it. The name is Margaret Mary and she would be called Maggie or Mags or Magpie (Get it, Magpie and Jerrypie. Awwww.) or M or M.Po or most likely just Maggie. And just to prevent any useless discussion, Jurgen is out of the question. So is Finnbar. So don't even go there.

I like Jacob, too. Or Jake. But my nephew was just named Jack, so it's a little close. And I thought I'd let Eddie have Edward. But it would be a good middle name, eh?
